With a large content of fine grog, it retains excellent plasticity making it suitable for larger work. Great working properties for coiling, hand building and slab work. This body burnishing well due to its fine clay base. Unique in its quality, there is no substitute. Making this one of our most popular clays.

This clay is based on the popular Keane Earthenware 37 with an addition of 5% fine grog. This allows a little more body when working on larger forms without loosing the qualities of a fine plastic clay. Maximum firing temp is Cone 03 -1100c Recommended Bisque Cone 06 -1000c Not suitable for Stoneware

A fine white plastic clay. This clay is remarkably strong for earthenware fired temperatures, making it an excellent choice for domestic production. A versatile clay for throwing small to large items, as well as all hand applications. Recommended maximum firing temperature is 1100c Bisque 1000c Not suitable for stoneware.

A gorgeous rich clay, containing fine grog, suitable for throwing and hand forming techniques. Fires a classic orange terracotta colour. Similar in texture to Earthenware 1. Also a popular choice for school applications.
NOTE *For good glaze fit, fire to 1100c Cone 03
