Cesco have added an organic blue dye to assist with application, this will burn out upon firing.
Cesco Brushing Gloss Glaze. Firing Range 1150-1280ºC. Midfire to Stoneware Contains <2% Zinc Oxide and <5% Barium. A great glaze for colour development from 1160-1280, but still good for colour development with stains and underglazes.
Food Safe & No Lead frit is used in the manufacture of this product.
Keep lid tightly closed during storage and if thickening occurs add a small amount of water.

The black gloss stoneware is opaque & glossy. You will need to apply 3 to 4 coats of the glaze using a soft brush to get quality results, you will need to allow sufficient time for the glaze to dry fully between coats. ( If you are applying a clear glaze 2 coats should be sufficient )
Please fire the glaze to the recommended temperature - Stoneware Firing Range 1280c to 1300c.
